Multimedia personality, former reality TV star and radio personality and holistic wellness enthusiast, Monique Samuels, is a dedicated mother of three, passionately advocating for self-care and holistic healing of the mind, body, soul and spirit. After her departure from the Bravo’s, “The Real Housewives of Potomac,” Monique founded Mila Eve Essentials, a thriving essential oils company featuring 100% pure, therapeutic essential oils and other self-care products with chemical free ingredients. She starred in OWN’s “Love & Marriage: DC” in 2022 and was a full-time radio host for Audacy WPGC 95.5’s “The Good Morning Show” from 2022-2024. She is a motivational speaker, author, travel enthusiast, animal lover and philanthropist known for her ability to balance her personal and professional lives and “do it all.”

With a heart for nurturing others, Monique believes in the power of self-love and embraces a holistic approach to wellness. Her spiritual journey after leaving reality television and redefining herself after divorce has led her to discover profound healing methods, which she shares generously through her products and personal advocacy.

She hosts worldwide excursions as she believes there’s healing in traveling.

Monique was born in Atlantic City, New Jersey and graduated from Pleasantville High School as the Salutatorian of her class. She attended Duquesne University to study business law on a full academic scholarship. Monique later decided to put school on hold to pursue a career in music, moved to Washington, DC where she met her husband of 11 years. After divorcing in 2023, Monique now resides in Maryland with her three children, Christopher, Milani and Chase, her family dog, Mino, a bearded dragon, Zilla and an African Grey parrot, Sekhmet.
